Description

Beaphar Dog Flea Shampoo kills fleas on your dog leaving a clean, shiny coat. Contains pyrethrum plant extracts. Sufficient shampoo to wash and treat a typical, medium sized dog, five times.

Suitable for dogs from 12 weeks of age.

95% of the flea’s life cycle is in the home. When tackling a flea problem, in addition to treating your pet, always use a household insecticide, such as Beaphar FLEAtec or Beaphar Extra Long Lasting Household Flea Fogger for your home.

Manufacturers recommendations for use:

Wear gloves when using this product.

Using the table below, mix the recommended amount of Beaphar Dog Flea Shampoo with 300ml of lukewarm water.

Small dog (e.g. Terrier): 30ml of shampoo
Medium dog (e.g. Collie): 50ml of shampoo
Large dog (e.g. German Shepherd): 70ml of shampoo

1. Wet your dog’s coat thoroughly with warm water and apply half of the mixture.
2. Massage well into the coat, using fingertips around the head to avoid eyes, ears and mouth.
3. Rinse and repeat with the remainder of the mixture working up to a good lather.
4. Rinse well with fresh, lukewarm water and towel dry. Brush and comb the coat thoroughly.

Keep your dog warm until the coat has completely dried to prevent chilling.

Do not allow children to sleep or play with your dog until the coat is fully dry.

Do not use on dogs under 12 weeks of age. Do not use on cats. Do not use on lactating bitches. Do not use on sick or convalescing animals. Do not use on broken or damaged skin. Always wear gloves when using this product. Do not use at the same time as other flea products. Do not get shampoo or lather in your dog’s eyes, mouth or ears. Should accidental eye contact occur, rinse immediately with clean, fresh water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. Do not use more than once a week. Wash hands and exposed skin after use. People with a known hypersensitivity to pyrethroids should avoid contact with Beaphar Dog Flea Shampoo. Treated animals should not be allowed to sleep or play with people, especially children, until the coat is fully dry. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. For animal treatment only.
